Alkaline VS. Acidic Foods….
Here is the list of foods. It is important to realize the difference w/ these two groups so you understand how this can effect your Health. Alkaline foods have a healthy effect on the body that promotes a positive environment for the good bacteria to grow in your gut. Acidic foods promote an environment for Bad bacteria to grow and cause a host of health problems. Such as ulcers, leaky gut, chronic inflammation, irritability, anger, depression, some types of cancers, joint pain, arthritis fibromyalgia, etc. You can eat the foods in the Acidic group but in MODERATION! We are talking about 75%-80% from the Alkaline side and 20%-25% from the Acidic side.
When you create this habit of eating to promote Health you will find that your Energy soars, your Mood stabilizes and your skin becomes radiant!!!
